There is a registration fee for all of our childcare and preschool programs. Costs vary depending on which location and program your child attends. We've broken this down so you can see what applies to you before you register.

Fee Schedule
The fee schedule below shows our standard rates, including Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI) discounts. If you're applying to a $10 a Day location, your daily cost will simply be $10, regardless of program.
The rates below apply to Stepping Stones-niiwaasin and to items like registration fees.
Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB)
The Affordable Child Care Benefit is a provincial subsidy that helps eligible families with the cost of childcare, based on household income. It's available to families at any of our locations, whether or not that site participates in $10 a Day.
$10 a Day ChildCareBC Program
The $10 a Day ChildCareBC program is a provincial initiative that makes quality childcare more affordable for families. Three of our locations — Stepping Stones, Stepping Stones Alberni, and Stepping Stones Too — are proud participants.

Payment Instructions & Policies
You can pay your childcare fees at any location or via e-transfer. An unofficial receipt will be provided immediately upon payment, while official receipts for tax purposes will be sent out before February 28 each year. Payments are due on the 1st business day of every month, in accordance with our payment policies.
